1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hytale Den, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Hytale Den provides a server directory for listing community Hytale servers and a managed hosting service for running Hytale game servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Server Directory Listings
Servers submitted to the directory are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing for any reason, including but not limited to: inaccurate information, inappropriate content, or violations of Hytale's terms of use. Listing a server in the directory is free.
5. Hosted Servers
Hosted server subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your server will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive to maintain high availability. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware, to harass others, or in any way that disrupts the service for other users. Hosted servers must comply with Hytale's terms of use and EULA.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hytale Den is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your account.
8. Intellectual Property
Hytale Den is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel Studios or Riot Games. Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. All other content on this site is the property of Hytale Den or its respective owners.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
